Fake Consultancies:

Beware of Fake consultancies,Now a days Bangalore city is having lot of fake consultancies.
These consultancies often send you an email saying they have openinings for freshers and finally when you went there they will demand money for taking exam (ranging from 100 to 1000 rs/-). Do not pay any money for taking the test (Usually the Consultancies who takes money from the job aspirants before giving interview calls will be fraud).

Fraud IT Firms:

Beware of fraud IT firms and do not join with any IT organization by paying the caution deposit OR security deposit because no Genuine company takes Physical or Hard cash from Job aspirants but in some cases few companies might take Post dated cheque/s or written bond or some times may be JobAspirents Original education Certificates. We have seen lot of instances where some of Job aspirants paid money to the IT Organizations and companies got closed within few months of operations without returning neither Security Deposit nor Monthly salaries.

Interview Tips:

Do not expect a job in the IT Market without having proper technical OR Communication skills or Reasoning abilities.

Attend the interviews only when you feel that you have sufficient Technical and/or Communication and/or Reasoning abilities.

Do not expect any Job in the First attempt usually though you are good enough in all the technical/Reasoning/Comm. skills, it will definitely take some time to get a job (Usually it will be in 5 to 6 interview calls)

Job seekers should have patience and good attitude.

There are more chances of getting job in IT if you have 60% of technical skills and 60% reasoning abilities and 80% communication skills.

When you are in front of the Interviewer:

Attempt only questions you know correctly.

Never argue with interviewer

Do not try to convince interviewer if you don't know proper answer,Instead you can say that you are not aware of the answer and say that you are interested to learn the answer for the question.

Be polite with Interviewer.

After completion of the interview say thanks to the interviewer.

After completion of interview and if interviewer gives you a chance for asking any questions you can express your interest towards the organization by asking questions related to organization or project related details etc..
